Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) comes equipped with a king-size bed, a walk-in robe, an ensuite with a toilet and shower and easy access to the rest of the rental.
Outside the master bedroom is an outdoor lounging deck to enjoy the lovely Peregian Beach view. The master bedroom also has remote blinds on the western facing wall.

The minimum stay length at our Peregian Holiday Home is 7 nights.
Unfortunately we do not rent our property to Schoolies.
Our home is in a great location for Peregian Beach access. It is just 200m to the North Peregian patrolled beach (patrolled in peak periods).
There is also a path to the beach just metres from the home. A short flat walk on this path leads to another patrolled beach and also to Peregian Beach Village.
